How soon after the appointment will I receive my estimate?

A: Our goal is to write and submit estimates back to you the same day.  Larger projects or projects that require custom materials, bids may take up to a week.


When and how does my project get scheduled once I approve of the estimate.

A: Once we receive written approval of the estimate you are placed into our queue.  We are a first come first serve company.  We will not set a "hard" date of completion until we are several days away but will give you as much notice as possible.  This helps us to be accurate on scheduling dates.  Construction scheduling is a challenge and our focus is to remain as efficient and accurate as possible.  


What is the mortar and brick matching guarantee?  

A: Spartan Residential using several methods to match the mortar color to your home.  We guarantee to be within a shade of original colors, accounting for weathering, discoloration etc.  If we do not get it right, we guarantee our mason will return and work on it until is RIGHT!  

A: Brick matching is a time consuming process.  Brick is mass manufactured with different "lots" or "runs" or is often discontinued.  Our Project Managers will physically search the Manufacturers and distribution yards to find the exact, comparable or best match for your project.  Many projects samples are submitted to you for approval prior to job being scheduled and started.
